Birmingham - West Midlands have been ranked one of the worst places to live in GB. Road casualties are the biggest killer of young people

♥ Our Children ♥

Shocking birmingham school roads crash

We have the unhappiest children in Europe

Rob Willoughby, area director for The Children’s Society in the West Midlands, said: "All the statistics show that anxiety and depression among young people are going in the wrong direction and we want to do something about this growing challenge. Children and young people should actively be involved in shaping all decisions that affect their lives, are supported to achieve their full potential through the provision of appropriate services, and will live in homes and communities where their rights are respected and they are loved, safe and enjoy life."

The relative lack of freedom of today''s children relative to their parents is in part responsible for the obesity ''epidemic'' which is sweeping the western world. There are also social problems due to children not having independence from a young age and as a result not being prepared to take their rightful place in the world.

Let''s empower our Children.

Let''s help and support them to reclaim the streets for Freedom of Space and Movement..

Please join us bring the whole family ;)
